Potter County Stocking Report, March 2: You Know Opening Day is Close ...

 When the big white PA Fish and Boat truck rolls into Roulette!

And it's game on!

Fill up them buckets....

And toss the trouts into the crick

Even the little guy got into the act

And hauled his share of buckets (with the help of dad)

A great day for stocking.  Clear skies with temps in the upper 40s.  Fishing Creek was up and flowing well.  I'd estimate the state stocked about a thousand fish in the two branches and main stem.  The Roulette Rod and Gun club will stock in the coming weeks.  Mentored Youth Trout Day is 25 March.  Opening Day is April 1st.  No foolin'.
